These Terms Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Fleet4U website and booking service ("Service"). By submitting a booking request you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Fleet4U is an online booking platform that connects customers in Pakistan with commercial vehicles for house shifting, cargo delivery, office relocation, server transport and related logistics services. A booking submitted via the website is a request and becomes confirmed only when Fleet4U confirms availability and pricing in writing.
2. Bookings pricing
- All bookings require valid contact details (name, email, phone) and accurate trip information (pickup, dropoff and estimated distance where applicable).
- Pricing is communicated by the Fleet4U team after reviewing the request. Quoted prices are valid for 24 hours unless otherwise stated.
- Final pricing may be adjusted if actual cargo, distance or duration materially differs from the original request.
3. Customer obligations
- Provide accurate pickup and drop-off addresses and ensure access is available at agreed times.
- Ensure cargo is legal under Pakistani law. Hazardous, prohibited or illegal goods are not accepted.
- Be present (or appoint an authorised representative) at pickup and drop-off.
4. Cancellations rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup: no charge.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup: a service charge may apply.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 12 hours before pickup.
5. Liability
Fleet4U takes reasonable care during transport. Liability for loss or damage is limited to the value declared at booking and capped at the booking value, except where higher liability is required by law. Fleet4U is not liable for delays caused by force majeure (weather, road closures, strikes, government action).
6. Payment
Payment terms are communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Accepted methods include bank transfer and cash on delivery (where supported). Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due on completion of the trip.
7. Insurance
Standard transit cover applies as per the engaged carrier. Customers may request additional declared-value cover for high-value cargo; additional charges apply.
8. Privacy
Your information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
9. Disputes
Any dispute arising from the Service shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city in which Fleet4U is registered.
10. Changes to these Terms
Fleet4U may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
